General Managers of all projects and brands under the Automotive Business Division deliver reports on the 2025 annual summary and 2026 work plan.
Following the successful holding of the Guangdong Group Annual Summary Conference on December 13, 2025, the Automotive Division took prompt action and organized a special meeting themed "2025 Annual Summary & 2026 Plan" at the Group Headquarters on February 2, 2026. Based on data and guided by goals, the General Manager of the Automotive Division, persons in charge of each brand and the core management team comprehensively reviewed annual data, reflected on the operational achievements of 2025 with detailed statistics, and systematically formulated strategies for the new year. A 2026 key breakthrough plan has been developed centering on three major dimensions: market breakthrough, service upgrading and efficiency improvement.

This meeting is the 2025 Work Summary and 2026 Work Planning Conference of Dewang Group. It aims to review the achievements and shortcomings of the past year, and conduct in-depth discussions and arrangements on future business objectives, market strategies, team management and other aspects.
2026 will be a year of comprehensive breakthrough for the Automotive Business Division. As the saying goes, "Planning accounts for one tenth, implementation accounts for nine tenths." The general manager called on all colleagues to focus on processes on a daily basis and pursue results on a weekly basis, turning every piece of data into a ladder for progress! It is imperative to establish a regular data review mechanism, break down key indicators into specific links, positions and time nodes, and form a closed loop. Each review is not intended to hold anyone accountable, but to identify systematic deviations and replicable experience in the process. Instead of viewing changes in individual data in isolation, we should look beyond appearances and explore the root causes: why it happened, under what conditions it happened, and whether early warning is possible. Only when data analysis is truly integrated into the execution rhythm and becomes the breathing rhythm of daily decision-making can process management avoid becoming a mere formality, and goals can be achieved proactively rather than passively.

As a new main force of the Group, Yinhe New Energy Vehicles will strictly implement the Group's "target management" philosophy. It will break down annual targets into monthly ones and decompose sales volumes into weekly, daily quotas as well as individual quotas for each sales consultant to ensure 100% achievement of all targets.
It will learn from Toyota's lean production system and optimize in-store processes, reducing the duration from customer arrival to transaction completion by 20%.
A "Benchmarking Day" activity will be held every week to analyze competing products and maintain an absolute competitive edge in the market.
2026 marks a pivotal year for Yinhe Brand to comprehensively deepen **mechanism-driven growth**. Adhering to the principle of "deriving policies from frontline practices and implementing them on the frontline", the incentive mechanism will abandon the egalitarian practice and highlight the principles of "more pay for more work and rewards for outstanding performance". Differentiated incentive modules including the new energy delivery efficiency award and cross-store collaboration contribution award will be introduced.
Meanwhile, the salary system will be upgraded to a three-dimensional structure consisting of basic salary, post salary and mechanism-based salary. The mechanism-based salary is floating with no upper limit and is linked to the implementation effectiveness of management mechanisms.

Mao Yancai, General Manager of Gilead Tong Brand, signed the 2026 Responsibility Statement with Zhang Qing, General Manager of the Group, and received sales reference books.
As a domestic independent brand that has been deeply cultivated by the group for nearly two decades, General Mao is fully confident. To strengthen process management and target penetration, a closed-loop mechanism of "Target-Action-Review-Improvement" will be fully implemented in 2026. Every salesperson shall submit the Target Achievement Progress Report and Key Action Log on a weekly basis, which will be dynamically tracked and coached by the management supervision group. A benchmark sharing meeting will be held monthly, where monthly champions are invited to share practical tactics, customer development cases and team cooperation experience on site, forming a replicable and implementable knowledge base of Geely Tactics. It will be included in compulsory courses for new employees and annual promotion assessment items.

In his report, General Manager Liu emphasized that in 2026, the company will adhere to the core work guideline of "customer-centric and execution-oriented". Centering on the market characteristics of Yunnan, Guizhou and Sichuan regions, a localized new media operation team will be established to develop featured content including localized marketing copywriting, dialect short videos and ethnic festival marketing. We will ensure daily updates on Douyin, viral posts on Xiaohongshu every week, and monthly planning for WeChat Channels, so as to realize a full-link customer acquisition closed loop featuring "visible, searchable, retainable and shareable".
Digital management will be integrated across four key stages: appointment, store visit, maintenance and follow-up. 100% manual outreach will be conducted to customers whose first maintenance is due, while the "3+N" care mechanism will be launched for high-risk churn customers (escalation if no response within 3 days, followed by N rounds of customized benefit follow-ups). We will truly build after-sales service into a reputation gateway and turn services into a sales engine, striving to achieve the annual targets of both sales volume and customer satisfaction.

After the signing ceremony, Director Li Linguang emphasized that the Paint & Body Operation Center will fully implement a closed-loop management mechanism of "daily tracking, weekly review and monthly assessment" in 2026. Meanwhile, it will upgrade the scheduling platform of the Paint & Body Center to realize timely work order distribution, real-time progress visibility and rotational quality inspections. In view of the technological differences among various vehicle brands and models, a special technical research team will be established to conduct quarterly rotational training and practical operation certification, ensuring 100% implementation of technical standards. On the customer service side, the service commitment of "30-minute response, 2-hour on-site service and 24-hour damage assessment coordination" will be fully implemented. As Director of the Used Car Department, Wang Guozhong, who empowers the new car trade-in business of all automotive brands under the Group, reached a consensus with the general managers of each dealership at the meeting. In 2026, the department will establish in-depth cooperation with 4S stores of various brands. The incentive binding mechanism with sales consultants will effectively increase the new car trade-in rate.

To ensure the achievement of the 2026 high-quality product performance targets, the High-Quality Products Department will simultaneously advance three supporting initiatives: first, upgrade the standardized installation service process and configuration selection system to realize accurate matching between customer vehicle models and high-quality product solutions; second, establish the "Depin Quick Installation Vanguard Team" to empower major auto dealers in Jinshan City and surrounding communities, providing on-site installation services featuring immediate availability upon appointment and completion on the same day; third, develop externally competitive high-quality product kits and enhance differentiated product competitiveness.
At the meeting, Director Chen Jian also announced the launch of the "High-Quality Product Partner Program", which opens joint cooperation to auto service stores around Jinshan City, shares supply chain resources and training systems, and jointly expands the incremental market share of the automotive aftermarket.
